HEALTHY MAN SHOULD BE FOLLOWED

1 Consume 8 to 10 glass water daily

2 Ensure clear bowel movement daily

3 Honey, Ghee in day today diet

4 Use Coconut oil,  Neam oil,  Mustard oil, Gingly oil.

5 Vegetables like bitter gaurd,  snake gaurd,  cucumber,  drumstick,  garlic,  etc

6 Wheat,

GREAN GRAM is best for skin

AVOID : –

Controling natural urges, extreme sun light,  day sleep,  excessive intake of salt and sour items  curd,  jaggery,  alchohol,  black gram, fish,  meat.
