RAINY SEASON

Does and Donts

After the attack of severe hot during summer Rain comes and makes us cool .  Be aware this is the worse season for every individual.  Because body immunity become less and causative factors  like virus bacteria and fungi of many diseases can easily attack and can spread diseases.

During this season our digestive enzymes power becomes low and we should keep in mind how to improve it.

This is the right time for purifying body with Ayurvedic method like Vamanam Virechanam and Vasthi.

Food prepared with wheat, Meat and Greengram use of arishtam,  boiled water with dried ginger and coriander   use sour, salt and ghee little more in food  and ensure the use of honey diet should be light and easily digestive

Avoid day sleep,  excessive physical exercise, travelling in sun light,
