BATH ………The Routine of Life …….

How it is important  — It cleans body and mind.lmproves digestive fire, so that ensure proper digestion and helps to be free of diseases . Good for long life . Improves sexual power . Make free from weekness , dirt,  laziness , sweating , heat etc . It helps for sound sleep.

Taking hot water body bath increase body strength …….. but head bath with hot water is harmfull for Hairs and Eyes 

Restricted … certain diseases like Facial palsy , in some diseases of eye, ear, mouth, diarrhoea , flatulence , running nose , indigestion

DO NOT TAKE BATH IMMEDIATLY AFTER FOOD AND IN MID NIGHT
