OIL APPLICATION FOLLOWED BY BATHING 

I would like to share certain points regarding oil application and bath given in Ayurvedic way of life style for health and beauty .

Daily oil application on head and body is very important. It prevents premature graying and helps to delay aging process. Good for eyes and reduce weakness. Help to put up body weights. Will give long healthy life. For sound sleep, soft  and good texture of skin daily oil bath is necessory. If time not permits at least on scalp, ears and foots  are the main parts for oil application daily.

Don’t use oil, those who have fever,  indigestion,  cough and cold etc…

EXERCISE :-Healthy person can do exercise after oil application it improve digestive power, dissolve excessive fats, lightness of body, easy to do works  get strong muscles and proper shape of body. Winter season is the best time for exercise light exercises are adviced in other seasons like summer rainy etc.  After exercises light body  massage should be done.

Avoid exercise while have indigestion, in  certain diseases,  small children and old age people

Bathing after oil application with hot water improve energy and strength. It improve appetite cleans body cure burning sensation and gets freshness to mind and body.  Hot water bath on head should be avoided it destroy health of hair and eyes

Those who have eye disease, indigestion,  cold etc should avoid bath.  Don’t take bath after food and in midnight.

We can use coconut oil and certain Ayurvedic preparations durning each and every seasons under doctors guidance.
