HOW TO MANAGE SUMMER SEASON

AYUVEDIC WAY OF LIFE

Living in this summer season is very difficult . Let us see how to tackle these difficulties with Ayurveda .

1 Take plenty of water boiled with coriander , root of hemidesmus indicus etc . lime juice with sugar           buttermilk , sugar cane juice , Buffallo milk etc

2 Use more fruits like watermelon orange , and vegetables like cucumber etc

3 Reduce the use of Chillies Tamarind and Salt .

4 Avoid non vegetarian and Alcohol , Fried items Oily items ,Pickles , Bakery items ,

5 Use Cotton dress white

6 Reduse exercise

7 Confirm propersleep at night and Siesta

8 Make sure dehydration , and good appetite

9 Travel in sunlight should be avoided especially in between 11 am and 3 pm

10 Make sure to consult your dr for further enquiry
